I've submitted a site of mine to DMOZ 3 months ago and never get an answer. But they said it can take 6 months to be listed so I have patience for now.
I'm wonder about your redirecting, I was not redirected and the answer after I click was "Submitted sucessfully" or something like that.

I think, they are not approving the free submissions now. I have submitted lots of websites but, not a single one is approved.
