What is the best software for Graphic Design???

I want to find out what is the best graphic design software that is present in tdays market... I made a research on my own... and found out that Adobe Photoshop is the best one.. But I need some things also.. So that I can try other programs...

You should try Xara Extreme and see the difference. It seems to be a lot faster than Photoshop, and personally I like it more, seems to be easier to use.

photoshop is i a bit diffcult but its grear and i dont think any other designing software in my knowledge can beat photoshop..

Well, PS rocks. Obviously. But I used to use Xara3D to whip up a quick 3D text.. and then edit it in PS lol.

Too bad X3D wont work on my new 64bit system.

Adoby Photoshop CS5... HANDS DOWN, is the best software I have ever used for graphic design... However if you are looking to use something other than that, and something thats free, you can try GIMP. Its a free open source Image Manipulation Program that allows you to do similar things that photoshop allow you to do. I believe it was developed for Linux but can be installed in a windows system.

While I have tried to use this program, I wasn't successful in creating anything worth looking at. Haha, I don't like it at all but hey, its free, and from what I have heard, you can create some eye catching jpg's

Although I prefer photoshop, I do not recommend you use Paint.net - Everything you do is automatically rendered as you do it, so if you make a mistake you can only undo your last action.

According to my opinion,Photoshop is by far the most used graphics program by professionals....It's not the easiest at first, but with the help of tutorials from YouTube you should be able to get to a decent standard....!
