Yahoo mail Banned ?
« on: March 17, 2010, 02:24:14 AM »
I've made these days some new registrations on forums and all ask for a "Not Yahoo" mail. I know the webmasters who setup a new server on a personal IP have big troubles with Yahoo accepting mails from there mail servers, problems with IPs, problems with certificates and so on. This is the reason why the webmasters does not want to use anymore Yahoo Mail ?

I made some new registration in the forum these days, all the "Yahoo" email was requested. My mail server there is a webmaster to set up a new server IP and personal issues, IP addresses, know that there is a big problem with Yahoo mail problems such as accepting the certificate.

The Ymail is good but its main dilemma is that you have to deal with a lot of spammers and then the loading speed is quite sluggish.

I've created of late some new registrations on forums and every one raise for a "Not Yahoo" mail. I do know the webmasters who setup a replacement server on a private IP have massive troubles with Yahoo accepting mails from there mail servers, issues with IPs, issues with certificates and therefore on. This can be the rationale why the webmasters doesn't wish to use anymore Yahoo Mail.

I have really come to experience this situation wherein registering to some online forums will require an e-mail address that is not Yahoo mail in nature. Why is this so?

The new forums I have joined specify that the mails shouldn’t be from Yahoo. I know about the problem the webmasters have using personal IP with Yahoo mails. Is this the only reason?
